Carla Fregia, age 61, passed away June 9, 2021 in Tyler, Texas. She was born August 11, 1959 in Jennings, Louisiana and had lived in Madisonville, Texas the majority of her life until moving to Buffalo five years ago. Carla enjoyed fishing, playing video games and most importantly, spending time with her children and grandchildren. Carla was so proud that she was about to meet her first great-grandchild soon.
Carla was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Sue (Gray) Guidry; husband, Clarence Wayne Fregia, Sr.; brother, Lenton Joseph Guidry; nephew, Jerry Knight Haney; brother-in-law, Danny Aaron Dittman and grandmother, Eula May Gray.
Surviving family members include sons, Clarence Wayne Fregia, Jr., John Carl Vaughn, IV and Blane Jordan Fregia, all of Buffalo; daughters, Peggy Lynn Fregia, Lashawnda Fregia (Kevin Fisher) and Natosha Guidry (Logan Langford), all of Buffalo and Belinda Vaughn (Joseph James) of Spring; brother, Allan Olide Guidry of Dallas and sisters, Rhonda Kay Hales (Casey) of Conroe, Cheryl Dittman of Buffalo, Tina Marie McKeand (Ricky) of Dayton and Dythina Ann Guidry of Houston. Carla is also survived by beloved grandchildren, Makayla Fregia, Nathaniel Fregia, Triston Fregia, Damon Fregia, James Webb, Gavin Fregia, Tacie Ceron, Zeke Ceron, Brianna Herron, Krista’Lee Herron, Bailey Herron, Ethan Vaughn, Atlas Tinney, Kandace Tinney, La’Zarea Swanson and Jace Fregia and three great-grandchildren on-the-way.
Arrangements are entrusted to Walters’ Buffalo Funeral Home, Buffalo, Texas.
