Francisco Javier Saldana was born May 2, 2003 in Mexico. He lived most of his life in Buffalo, Texas where he excelled in sports from an early age. There wasn’t anyone that Poncho couldn’t talk with. His loving nature gave him the ability to make people laugh and smile because Poncho never liked sadness and wished to see everyone happy. Poncho was a graduate of Buffalo High School, the kicker of the high school football team, a participant in cross-country track and a lover of soccer. Poncho passed away February 8, 2002 at his home in Buffalo. He will be greatly missed and mourned by his family and community.
