Irina Mikhaylovna Shreeve was born June 15, 1962 in Kherson Ukraine to Mikhaie and Ganna Didenko. On July 7, 2020 Irina got a call and would like you to know that her work here is done. Her call, it was like no other. An offer she could not refuse. It was one that she will not be returning from, this offer came with a HUGE sign on bonus, a reunion with family and friends that she has not seen in a long time. Irina is now in a wonderful place where she will be dancing, gardening and sipping tea to her hearts content, where laughter, love and music are guaranteed.
After earning her bachelor’s and master’s in science, Irina left the Ukraine for the United States in June of 2008. She wanted a better life for her beloved son “Jack” St Louis Missouri was now home. Irina was the happiest when she was with her son “Jack” or in her garden and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
Irina was proceeded in death by her father, Mikhaie Didenko and is survived by her best friend and son; Yevgeniy “Jack” (Brittany) Pinskiy of Buffalo Texas, loving mother; Ganna Didenko of the Ukraine, her beautiful sister, Nataliya Winkle, of Arizona and special friend; Dawna Houghteling, of Buffalo Texas.
A celebration of life will be held at the Pinskiy's house in Buffalo TX on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 3 P.M. Irina's favorite colors, purple and white, will be incorporated into the service and a memorial balloon release will close the service.
Irina’s family would like to thank the special nurses for their love and care from the Providence Hospice of Mexia Texas. Especially Laura, for going above and beyond.
To honor Irina’s love for the outdoors and sunshine, Jack and Brittany will be spreading her ashes over the Grand Canyon. In lieu of flowers, your donation to the Providence Hospice of Mexia and the Pinskiy's residents would be truly appreciated.
Rest easy mom, I love you, Jack……
