Mary Ellen Weaver

Mary Ellen Weaver, 90, of Buffalo, Texas passed away on November 30, 2023 in Fairfield, Texas. She was born on January 18, 1933 in Houston, Texas. Mary was a resident of Buffalo for forty-five years. She was married to her late husband, Malcolm Weaver for sixty-nine years. Mary loved her numerous cats and she had a big heart for animals. She was very well known in Buffalo for her friendly nature and for how very loudly she usually spoke, as well as being a member of the Church of Christ. Mary was very popular in the community. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Mary will take place at 11 A.M. to 12 P.M., Monday, December 4, 2023 at Walters' Buffalo Funeral Home, Buffalo, Texas.

Mary was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband, Malcolm Lester Weaver and sons, Malcolm Lynn Weaver and Larry Joe Weaver. She is survived by her son, David Weaver (Jeanette) of Buffalo, Texas; grandchildren, Jennifer Suzanne, Marshall, Shannon, David Aron, Rachel, and Greg; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
